Who may benefit Solex Posture Roller (SRP)?

Any individual, height 5 ft- 6ft approximately, may benefit from Solex posture Roller.

SPR may be utilized as a daily preventative tool to maintain good posture and realign spine or if suffering from symptoms that may consist of neck/back pain, headaches, shoulder pain, jaw pain, hip pain, etc., due to poor posture, injury, and overuse.

After surgery or during an ongoing medical condition, please wait to receive clearance from a healthcare provider to initiate use.

How to use the Solex Posture Roller?

Place the Solex Posture Roller on the floor and lie down next to it in side-lying position, then slowly roll on it while stabilizing it with one arm.  SPR may also be placed on the wall and align the arrow symbol with neck curvature.

For proper positioning, since SPR is a standard size designed to fit “most” and a person may slide body up/down to find the right position to help re-align spinal curvature.

One may choose to solely lie on it daily for posture re-alignment or add arm/leg movement to activate core/spinal muscles or improve overall mobility.  The options are endless.  We recommend to start slow, two - ten minutes/daily, and increase time as deemed necessary.

Why is the Solex Posture Roller firm?

In order for the spine to re-align against a device without too much give for comfort, the roller is set to have a certain level of firmness to provide pressure at the right areas in order to be effective and actually create a physiological change to reverse poor alignment.

Just like a firm shoe insert for foot arch support, we believe SPR should be firm to help create a neutral spinal curvature with the right amount of pressure feedback.

Too much give will defeat the purpose and create minimal to no change in regards to posture or spine curve support.  However, each individuals ability to withstand pressure varies, so be mindful to start slow and build tolerance overtime.  In our practice, we have learned that some users feel great release within a few minutes and some may choose to stay on it longer for added benefits.

What is Solex Posture Roller made of?

Solex Posture Roller is a unique patented designed foam roller made of EPP foam (Expanded Polypropylene).  Its a closed cell bead style foam that provides high level energy absorption and resist impact.  We chose EPP, because it is 100% recyclable material.
